Have you ever had a situation with a volunteer being so large that no uniform would fit? What did you do?
When XXL was not large enough we ordered a small supply of XXXL. We have not had an issue with XXXL not fitting.
I do have one individual who can't be fitted; she makes her own.
We have had several volunteers who have not fitted into our jackets. As long as they wear their badge, we allow them to dress appropriately. Many of our newer volunteers do not wear the jacket because they are too warm. We are ok with that.
