Does anyone have a volunteer termination letter template they are willing to share? Specifically, termination of a volunteer who does not communicate and is unavailable and not volunteering with any consistency. I'm having a conversation with them as well, but want documentation in their file. The primary circumstance is college student volunteers who are inconsistent with attendance and keep "kicking the can down the road" - "oh, I've been busy, but I'll start back next month", and they don't.
