I was wanting to know what POS system you are using in your gift shop and is it user friendly?

Dawn, we just switched to Clover. It's pretty user friendly. We're still working through the inventory piece. But overall very easy. Our shop is manned entirely by a volunteers too.
Our shop uses Lightspeed and we are happy with it.
Do either of you have payroll deduction at your hospitals and do the POS work well for payroll deduction?
I am told by the finance folks that payroll deduction will integrate well with Clover. However, unfortunately we're not there yet. Our system uses apps. that work well with EPIC. Hoping we can offer payroll deduction in the next year or so.
Yes, very user friendly and I understand that payroll deduction will be a simple addition. Charlene
