For those of you that have both a manager and an assistant manager of your shops do they work the exact same schedule or do they stagger so that one is always there when the shop is open.
Hello. We have a shop supervisor and a shop assistant. The supervisor comes in at 9am to get reconciliations done before the shop opens at 10am. The assistant comes in 45 min. later and brings the newspapers in/out, opens the register and starts filling in snacks/drinks until a volunteer gets in.
