I am curious to see how many of you use a phone tree system when calling volunteers for a large project ie. bake sale or call them yourself? As many of you know email and snail mail are never as effective as a phone call and if I can have a volunteer take this task on it would be helpful. Also, would you contact each volunteer first asking them if they would like to be included, thinking some may be leary of me giving their number to someone they don't know. Thanks in advance.
