Several weeks ago I asked if any of you knew of a national volunteer satisfaction score. It looks like there is some research on the topic, but nothing concrete.

Currently, I use a 5-point scale on my volunteer satisfaction survey. We are working on the Baldridge Award, and we can't use my results without another as a benchmark or a comparison score. Would any of you consider sharing your scores with me? Thank you!
