Most members (and nonmembers) of SHVL for which I have an email address should have received a "request to participate" email from me within the past week. I am in need of 100 leaders to take an assessment for my dissertation study. If you did not receive this invitation from me, please contact me at the address below and I'll forward the link to the consent form.  

I want to also request that those who have indicated they would participate, to please do so at your earliest convenience. Once you consent, you should have received an email from notifications@lpionline.com to register and take the survey.
