What are your all's policies regarding Volunteers serving in areas where they have relatives? Do you mirror your HR policies on this or do you have your own?

Good morning, we do not allow volunteers to serve in departmens with associates who are related.

We have allowed it, we have a husband and wife working together in our Mail and Flower room and a child volunteering in the department of a relative.  Most of the time the relatives work different days and times. but not always.
