Does anyone have a volunteer satisfaction survey they wouldn't mind to share? I figured you guys were the best place to start when trying to come up with one. Thanks!

    Marley,

We have not done a dedicated Volunteer Satisfaction Survey but we have added 1 or 2 satisfaction questions onto our Annual Training (reply on a separate sheet - no name) review and our bi-annual volunteer review.

We have also done a survey monkey questionnaire to staff that supervise volunteers to get their satisfaction rating with our Volunteer Services office.

Let us know if you want to see any of that.

We mirror what Jenelen does.  We have a survey we send out annually to the volunteers and we also do an annual staff survey to staff to find out if we are meeting the needs and their evaluation of our volunteers.  We will also be glad to share if you would like copies of our surveys.

Kristy Fidler at CAMC, Charleston WV. has developed a survery (in use a min. of 3 years).  She has presented the survey at our WV State meetings.  Last year many of our WV DVS utilized the form and this year we are hopeful to receive 100% return rate from each hospital in the state (who belongs to our orgainzation).

Last year our results were reviewed at our Spring Workshop meeting.  Our group is utillizing this for benchmarking purposes.

Please do reach out to Kristy at kristy.fidler@camc.org .  We would love to benchmark with others as well.

    Thank you!
