Good afternoon,
I am doing some benchmarking, before I hire an additional employee in my area. Would you be willing to share your Volunteer Manager and/or Volunteer Director job description with me, along with the salary ranges?

I would like to see this as well. Is there a way the positions can be posted on here. Or maybe even a survey. I know that was done a long time ago.
Anybody know how we could do this. I'd like to know the hospital size as well.
