Good morning Volunteer Leaders,

 I'm working on a project, and am trying to gather information on makeup/sizes of volunteer department staff to the # of volunteers overseen. For example, a volunteer team of 3 (Director and 2 coordinators) overseeing 200 volunteers would be 3:200.

If anyone is willing to share their ratios, it would be greatly appreciated.

we have been as high as 1:265

At Mayo Clinic in Rochester, we have 8.75 FTE for 880 volunteers. Prior to pandemic we had over 1400 volunteers with the same number of FTE. Additionally, we have 6.5 FTEs to cover our two Gift Shops.
