Our facility's 15th anniversary on this campus will be in May 2013.  I'm looking for your great ideas to celebrate this with our volunteers (many of whom will obviously get their 15 year pin.)

I've seen suggestions for the 50th anniversary, but what great way can I specifically incorporate the idea of "15" into my luncheon for National Volunteer week about a month prior to the anniversary? (This is our formal annual recognition event.)

    Thanks for the ideas!

We had something similar for our 50th. If you have any volunteers that are still there since you opened maybe single them out at your recognition event. We had a special lapel pin made for all volunteers with the hospital logo and 50 years of service . They ere not expensive but were well received.  You could also highlight in your hosptial newsletter if you have one some statistics about how many hours of service they have donated in 15 years and their monetary value (Independant Sector has those values). Just some thoughts.
