Base fee:

1. Registration - Volunteer / Auxilian / SAL / DVS (SHVL Member) / Retail Manager (SHVL Member), LA DVS – $425.00
Guests are other full conference attendees. Visitors are spouses, partners, or friends who might wish to attend some or all of the meals. At the end of the registration process, if you do not choose to pay by credit card an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided in your registration.
2. Registration - DVS (non-SHVL member), Retail Manager (non-SHVL Member) PLUS SHVL Membership – $520.00
Savings of $105 over non-member option.
3. Registration - DVS (non-SHVL Member), Retail Manager (non-SHVL Member) – $625.00
Save $105 by choosing option 2.
4. One-Day Registration – $195.00
I only wish to attend the Vendor Show, sessions and meals on March 23.
5. Conference T-Shirt Only - $20
Please send me a separate invoice for a conference t-shirt.
6. VA Attendee – $425.00

In an effort to keep the conference as cost-effective as possible, we ask you to print and bring this brochure with you. The presenter handouts will be available on the SHVL website (www.SHVLonline.org ) prior to the conference.

Hotel Information & Our Special Room Rate:

Group Rate starts at $235 per night plus state and local taxes (currently 16.20% per night) and occupancy fee (currently $3 per night).

“Cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is March 2, 2020.
Reservation requests received after 5:00 pm on this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.
