Hello everyone,
Do any of you do in-house online gift shop sales? Or if you outsource it, how expensive is that? We lost about 80% of our normal April profits. I'm trying to think of a way to increase traffic without actually having to increase in-store traffic. We've been getting between 5-8 phone orders a day, but I bet with an online presence we would get more sales, especially if staff could order snacks and drinks delivered to their unit.
My thinking is that for now, this would keep the VS staff busy, and justify our hours; then, whenever we get back to "normal" volunteers could help with this.
